Staff here are great. Every time we have been there they have been polite and super-respectful. We've seen that it's how they are with all the patients. One of the best hospitals.

I will NEVER come back to this place for any reasoning I was told I had a viral infection whole time I had six huge gallstones and had to have my gallbladder removed
They didn't have zero stars on here so I had to give it at least one if you go to the emergency room there you're going to sit 7 hours at least for them to just tell you oh put a bandaid on it... So if you care about your family members take me to Vanderbilt I know it's a long drive but at least they'll be seen.. but they do have time to sit at the nurses station all day and laugh and talk. They are a poor excuse for emergency room they need to change their name to slow room instead of emergency room
I took my 1 yr old daughter here due to her being sick and breaking out in hives and the dr literally wasn’t concerned at all and said I needed to check for BUGS!!! what!!!??? She didn’t wanna look at it either and I got a second opinion from someone who cared. It wasn’t bug bites.
