I had an outpatient imaging test here. All Employees are very courteous and helpful. Good parking. Easy to find. The imaging employees are very patient and kind. The cafeteria has the best breakfast. The medical staff is skilled and courteous.
This ER was remarkable. They made a bad situation very comforting for me and my family. The nursing and staff was exceptional. I would recommend them over any other. Thank you Bridgette, Amanda and Sydni.
People were nice, but care sucks!!! Had to call an ambulance to my husband again after release from your ER and go to a different hospital! Will NEVER use Wayne Co AGAIN‼️‼️‼️ Wayne Co hospital 2yrs ago let my elderly mother w pneumonia lay flat on her back and aspirate (no IV for anything although she was sick at her stomach and the rehab at Wayneboro neglected her horribly and wasn't giving her her PRESCRIBED heart meds that led to her having massive strokes & also led to her death nor were they treating her severe thrush caused by hospital aspiration)!) which led to her death 5 months later‼️‼️‼️‼️🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😭😭😭😭😭 HORRIBLE PLACES THAT NEED SHUT DOWN‼️ Going to news media w it‼️ We have MANY PHOTOS FROM HOSPITAL AND REHAB OF WHEN THEY NEGLECTED MY MOTHER IN LAW, my wife’s mother year before last‼️‼️‼️🤬!
My son is traveling in this area & was experiencing chest pain. With a family history of heart issues, I urged him to go to the nearest medical facility. He went in and took him right away. Pain level 10/10. Bedside manner was horrible. Judgement was made by staff of past choices. The focus should be the immediate issue. This is why some people aren't honest with doctors! Although tests confirmed that there was not a cardiovascular event occurring, the facility discharged him with the advice to take aspirin. Diagnosis: Unknown. He is still in pain. Hopefully he can manage while in town until he gets home and sees his primary here in Chicago. Current Pain Level: 5/10. I can only hope that due to lack of further testing and diagnosis that he doesn't have a serious medical issue. This facility is not thorough.
I took my 7 month old daughter here for breathing trouble, they did nothing for her but a nose swab and told us to go home and put her in the bathroom for steam. she was then later rushed to a different ER and admitted due to her breathing. This place did nothing for her and i’m very disappointed.
