Last week my husband was in the area hunting ( we live out of state) and had an accident that required emergency surgery. I cannot begin to describe the amazing experience we had here. Every single person we came in contact with (and there were A LOT) were so nice and went above and beyond! I have never had such a wonderful experience at a medical facility like I did at this one!

Visited the ER tonight. Waited about 2 hours in the waiting room to be seen. Which is typical of an ER when they are as busy as they were, that is not my issue. After getting placed in a bed, the provider then shamed me for coming into the ER since he didn't feel my life was in danger, but I truly felt out of all other options and didn't know where else to turn to. I truly hate hospitals and do not go there lightly! The RN that took the labs left them on the table bedside for an hour which delayed patient care and my treatment for about another hour (patient safety violation). No pain management was given despite 8/10 pain scale. When asked if I could just leave because I was uncomfortable and not being treated, they stated I could sign an AMA form but other providers might not see me if I returned because it would be on my record, which is against EMTALA. All I wanted was to be treated like a person with compassion and empathy. Instead I left feeling ashamed and in tears; without a clear directive of where to even go next.

Dr. Timothy Leone. This man listened to me. He didn't give me the run around. He asked so many questions, read my history, and knew how to fix the issue. I’m beyond grateful for his work and his help. I would recommend him to everybody. Finally a doctor who cares and listens to his patients. He’s a great doctor and I’m grateful that he was the one to help me solve my health issues. He deserves all the recognition because he’s so knowledgeable and kind. I’m so so so appreciative to have had such a great experience with a great doctor!

Absolutely atrocious hospital. My 13 month old suffered 2 days longer than he needed to all because of this hospital and their incompetencies. The nurse put the iv in him incorrectly, which could’ve killed him. The doctor had no clue what was wrong. He went to Childrens in Pittsburgh and we got a diagnosis in under 4 hours. He went by ambulance, and the emt reported this facility for neglect by the way. The diagnosis was the thing the this hospital thought it wasn’t. Everyone, including family, was correct except this hospital. He’s feeling better now 2 days later because we left this incompetent hospital. Don’t ever go here unless you absolutely have to, but no promises they’ll help you correctly whatever the circumstance.

I was in the intensive care unit 1 August to 13 August the doctors, nurses, and the complete staff from housekeeping to the girl who took the blood work. They were exceptionally helpful and courteous. They always asked if we needed something or wanted anything I got the best treatment you could’ve got My self in my roommate. Miss the staff and doctors
