I been trying to get in contact with someone here for 3 weeks about my results. No one calls back. No one reaches out. I really don’t think they care enough. Also they lack communication amongst each other. My day of sleep apnea test the lady in office said I can’t bring anyone but I specifically spoke to 2 other people in the office that said I could. They are unprofessional and a hot mess.
Kristy in the front office is AWESOME! I had a problem that many phone calls didn't resolve. I went to the and she helped me. Her kind, compassionate manner prevented me from being a 'Karen'. They are lucky to have her. Dr.Patel was wonderful. He put me at ease, explained everything to me in terms that I understood. He not only explained my test results but he showed me my scans. No one has ever showed me my scans. Great doctor!
Dr. BIRNBAUM has been my pulmonary specialist for about 7-years. He and his staff have always taken the time needed to answer my questions, and concerns, during that time. I am VERY HAPPY with the treatment received, and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM, and his CARING STAFF OF NURSES ( ALISON), and also the entire staff working there. You would be hard pressed to find better service ! Thank you very much for caring !
I had an awesome experience today at the UC pulmonary care and sleep medicine facility on Gateway drive. Everyone was very professional and friendly at check in. My clinician Kim was outstanding. Kim explained everything she was doing and what I could expect during the test. I was very comfortable. Thank you
