Glorified band-aid station. Was there about a year ago and I was in svt and Dr ignored me and said they couldn't fly because of weather and maybe they might have a ambulance. Very poor and under-equipped. I didn't feel safe there.

Heartfelt Recognition for Dr. Seale Jeffrey Keefe and the Emergency Room Staff on (08/16/2025) I want to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Jeffrey Keefe and the entire emergency room staff who cared for my nephew and me on 08/16/2025. From the moment we arrived, they went far beyond what I ever expected. Dr. Keefe treated us not just as patients, but as people who mattered. His kindness, compassion, and genuine concern immediately put me at ease during a very stressful time. I cannot remember the last time I felt so safe, understood, and cared for by a doctor. He took the time to listen, explain, and comfort, while also providing excellent medical care. His thoughtful attention to my nephew’s needs showed a level of dedication that truly touched my heart. The nurses and staff on duty that day were equally exceptional. They were warm, attentive, and took care of us very promptly and dedicated to make sure every detail of our care was handled with urgency and respect. I have visited this facility many times in the past, but never have I experienced this depth of compassion and professionalism. It is often said that the right doctor and team can make all the difference—on this day , Dr. Keefe and his staff proved just how true that is. My daughter is in her first trimester of pregnancy.She started having some complications and sat in the ER for 2 hours only to be told that her results came back normal.Never once was sent to the floor to see if the baby is ok or even had a heart beat. I can't stand this hospital and it needs to be closed down. It's ridiculous how long you have to wait for hours only for them to tell you nothing wrong but yet on the bill it's says they did all theses different things and running people insurance up I'll give you 0 stars if I could.

This hospital is so strange. I have been in so many hospitals before because of medical conditions and never ever have. I ran across the hospital like this. I called just now to ask who the doctor was and they literally would not tell me and even fed. I can’t tell you that that is bizarre. I went up there because I broke my leg. I broke my fibula clean in half and doctor Boyd Was the attending doctor he made me wage in horrible excruciating pain for over an hour before he could get confirmation that my leg was actually broke before he would give me any pain medicine. My family called my boyfriend called. Nobody could help me and I just cannot believe this hospital. They don’t act like you’re a civilian act like you’re a prisoner that you have to have good behavior and prove and earn pain medicine. I don’t know if anyone’s ever had a broken bone that’s reading this but you know how excruciating that is and it’s totally outside of your control, but they do not care if you lay there in pain they do not care. I was screaming and wailing and they did not care. I have. I just am shocked, stunned and horrible disbelief that any hospital could be so callous and uncaring please do not go here if you have any method of transportation, I personally was picked up by an ambulance and they took me there. The ambulance tech tried desperately to start an IV and give me pain medicine because he knew what was gonna happen once I got to the hospital I beg you all please do not go to this hospital not only where your feelings be hurt but you’ll be outraged completely outrage read these reviews. I am not the only one saying this one lady‘s baby almost died. Do not go to this hospital.

My mom was admitted to this hospital this past weekend and I have to say that the professionalism of the staff on the second floor was amazing. I would like to give special recognition to Ricardo Buckner and Lavett Wilkerson. The care you gave to my mom was far beyond the call of duty. Thank you both again and continue to be the bright light you both are.
