These past two visits I have had have not been pleasant. From having to wait over 2.5 hours to be seen. Now I was asked to come in early, the day of the appointment only an hour notice, all because the doctor needs to leave early. This is highly unprofessional and from reading other reviews it seems this is a habitual pattern for them.
Funny. They clearly tell you if you miss your appointment you will be charged. However they will, with a smile, make you wait until an hour+ after your appointment to be seen. Greatest bunch of hypocrites I've seen medically yet. They have NO respect for you as a patient or your time. All they want is your money.
Don’t recommend AT ALL! FIND SOMEONE ELSE! They NEVER answer their phones, so had to go in person to speak to them. My appointment was at 2:00pm and didn’t get seen until 5;28pm!! Ridiculous, will never come here again after today.
They are the best! The past 3 years no doctor was able to find what was wrong with my breathing. I was unable to play with my kids ,unable to do any activities. Until I saw Dr.Rey! They gave me my life back! I couldn’t feel more alive. They never gave up on me! I wouldn’t change them for the world! Thank you pulmonary and sleep center of the valley for giving me my life back.
Came in at 820am my appointment was at 920am. Long story short they tell me that the doctor wasn't in because his airplane was delayed. That I have to come back later in the day at 1pm. The other man over heard this and he said does this apply to me. She said yes. The gentleman was upset and said I came a long way just to wait, and I told him I know right. The clerk lady shovels her shoulders up and down telling the lady sitting next to her something. She turns and looks at me and I told her that is rude.
