Would leave 0 stars if I could. Couldn't find parking. No one at the welcome desk to direct me where to go. As I checked in, I was told the doctor wasn't accepting new patients. They claimed to have tried leaving a voice-mail, but didn't work. I've received other voicemail since making this appointment, not sure why they couldn't get through. An email would have worked as well. All I have is a confirmation that I had an appointment at this time, nothing saying otherwise. The woman in front of me was also denied her appointment, claiming she wasn't on their schedule.

I have been going here for 3 years. I have a lot of health issues and type one diabetes is one of them. Every month I have to call and ask for refills for every medication I have. Not only that insulin needles as well. So I never can get my health on track due to having a week of no medications... I feel like I'm on the track 1 min and the other I'm waiting for my medications. I don't have a primary doctor and never did. I see a different person every time who treats it ad a initial intake appointment. These doctors don't know a thing about me or my health and probly wouldn't know I'm a type one unless I told them from the start. I have never received recommendations for dentist, eye doctors or even diabetic help. It's honestly sad because I put so much effort in my health and managing it to be stuck at a stand still for a entire week. People wonder why my health never gets better this might be my main reason. I sat on the phone from 3:30 to 4:30 hoping to ask about a refill and of course no one ever answers the phone. So once again I gotta wait a week for my insulin, pills and needles. Will try to call again tommarow but it's just super depressing. - someone finally answered and implied no one is there to help me with refills or anything to call back tommarow... this is insane 😳 👏

Made an appointment for the next available date of July 30th. But they refused to send my life-saving medications (which I am out of) to my pharmacy UNTIL after I have my first appointment. What the heck is this? I am currently on hold waiting to be transferred to a supervisor or manager and I will sue all the way to the Supreme Court if I have to. UPDATE*** Apparently the doctor's office broke the law. Pennsylvania passed a Bill in 2017 and amended in 2018 that states that emergency refills MUST be granted for chronic conditions and they do NOT need to be life-threatening. This is how YOU can get your prescription meds refilled easily. STEP #1, Go to your pharmacy or call them and request that a 'refill request' be sent to your doctor's office. STEP #2, Call back a day or two later to see if the refill request was denied or accepted by your doctor. If it was denied, tell (don't ask, TELL) the pharmacist that you're going to need an emergency supply of medication until you can deal with your doctor's office because you can't get through to them now. Done! I just got my RX refilled this way. And now... I'm going to change my PCP to someone else because if this doctor's office front desk is THIS dreadful and rude and uncaring for the well-being of their patients, then the doctor will be no better.

I recently moved from another state and I do have medicaid from that state. I visited this Center in person showed my details and made appointment for PCP. Today on the day of appointment they denied saying we don’t accept out of state medicaid and asked me to pay cash for office visit. They should accept medicaid and bill to them if they denied for termed coverage they will have medicaid for the state where they are residing. I even explained them I have applied for it and will update when I receive. My question is do this clinic care of patients health or money? I even called customer relations department operator will transfer call to biling and will get disconnect. As far as biling concerns you will have one year of timely filing for medicaid. If there is someone who takes initiative to care patient can reply. I want to believe this place cares patients.

I had an appointment here after not having insurance for over a year. I was so impressed with how quickly I was seen, how efficient the receptionist and nurse were. My doctor was understanding and caring, and I really appreciate that. There was a real mix up with some prescription refills between the clinic and the pharmacy, but there definitely is not a lack of communication because any time you call, they are right there for you. The doctor was willing to meet all of my needs and referred me to the specialists for someone over 55 and a diabetic. I love this clinic.
