Not sure how this place can get more than one star. I think all they do is headaches and that is not done well either. There is no follow up. Had Brain mri and no call with results or follow up appt. I think they need to close shop. It's a joke.
Been here once so far myself and I do not understand the 1 star reviews. Dr. Jalota was a pleasure to deal with and talk to. The desk staff at the front were very nice to me. Have an appointment in the future. Am looking forward to it. Nice doctors and very knowledgable!
My second visit with UPMC neurological Institute in Spring Grove, PA and wanted to leave my review simply because I have been so pleased with their service to my dismay finding 1.1 star. Come to find I’ve had a condition lately since birth. I cannot get into detail because I do not know my ear from my butt, but I can say Dr. Cole saw something very minuscule that had been overlooked my 50 years on this planet and I have had my fair share MRIs and CT scans. Friday I had Two Open MRI scans Tuesday (claustrophobic, sissy here). Also, UPMC also a very pleasant experience look for my review of the UPMC imaging. Tis’ outstanding. UPMC Scheduling were calling me and had me an appointment with a neurosurgeon Wed. morning 9:45 AM. and this is not a life-threatening condition , However, it does need attention . Dr. Bollinger very professional, Very articulate, I could tell by the pinpoint accuracy of his description of my pain, I was talking to the right doctor finally , He had ordered the appropriate scans as needed W/ Contrast & referred me to the colleague at the Harrisburg location who will be handling my specific condition. Many doctors from Balt. prestigious hospitals, Northwest DC respectively, and to date, the condition has never been detected. Thank the Lord for Dr. Cole, had the inclination to send me to Dr. Bollinger. Following up with Dr. Bollinger, who is outstanding & understanding, easy-going with quite the sense of humor. Swipe Left Here!😂 I would not think twice to send any of my family members there nor would I have a problem, advising any of you looking for a neurologist give them a fair shake. If you experience was anything like mine, you will not be disappointed.
I wanted to find a new neurologist, mine wasn't sending my prescriptions refills on time and I really wasn't happy with him anymore. I have more than one medical diagnosis which makes it necessary for me to see a neurologist, I was scheduled with "Dr." Reginald Allen Cole. This guy doesn't know his ear from his butt. We spoke about my migraine and then I went into detail about having fibromyalgia and epilepsy as well "Dr." Reginald Allen Cole told me he doesn't treat anything but headaches???? 🤔 I told him I was looking to replace my current neurologist, not see two! He also prescribed me a water pill for my migraines 🤣 It did not help. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, TRUST ME!
I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for test results! Absolutely unacceptable, they make you feel irrelevant! I will definitely be going back to WellSpan! Never should have left! I would have answers by now! Again 2 weeks and NO ONE has even read my EEG!
