I Haven't even got an appointment with this place yet and the scheduleing staff is poor. I called them back the same day, but they claim they called me a day or two ago. Oddly enough, my phone record states it was today and the appointment was for tomorrow. Nobody knows what is going on at this place. Update: The office manager was also supposed to call me yesterday about my concerns and never did.

Haven’t had my appointment here yet and I’m already over it just due to the fact I called in frantically yesterday as if I was at the wrong location SE side of the address instead of NE the scheduler confirmed that does happen and patients end up at chic fil A that was my case and I’m thinking oh no I’ll have to reschedule because I won’t make it to that side of town all the while to realize my appointment was actually today and not yesterday but the fact the scheduler didn’t double check that on her end and went ahead and rescheduled me for July instead of informing me I’m not late at all it’s actually not until tomorrow I’m not sure how I even got that switched around I’m going to blame the pregnant brain on my end but I can’t justify how the scheduler didn’t catch it on her end now I have to wait another month! I called in about it today and was told the appointment got claimed already so of course nothing they could do in that department but was told I’d be transferred to a care team who may be able to help due to the miscommunication I’m on hold as I type this review I have yet to be connected with anyone there’s no longer any music or no one has checked back in with me I’m just overall irritated with this whole process.

This place is amazing i would recommend anyone with a brain injury to go here. Everyone is like family they treated my daughter Tiffany Goodin and me Ruby Goodin with respect. I love all the doctors and nurses. I rate them a 10 .

Medical care is fine, however the staff make this place impossible to work with. I have never had such an ordeal getting a prescription refilled anywhere. They are rude, incompetent, dismissive, don't listen to a single thing, make errors and then blame you. Switching providers ASAP, this place is a ludicrous disgrace.

I got diagnosed with pots, migraines and sfn last year after having covid, initially I was treated very well. But I’ve been in twice with new symptoms, tremors, and a bunch of weird stuff and my neurologist won’t run any more tests or even give me suggestions for any treatments. I went and seen an amazing neurologist at the Cleveland clinic and he offered solutions, supplements, exercise and a different medicine for me after this nuero told me there was absolutely not another option.
