St. Luke's Sleep Medicine Associates

Two weeks after my appointment where the doctor approved new machine and supplies, I have still not gotten a call to set up. Called them, no answer, on hold for twenty minutes. Called the company they send me to, "we're waiting on insurance approval". Called insurance, no record of them sending anything. Called doctor back, twenty minutes on hold, they send me back to supplying company, "sorry, we never sent the authorization request". Still no one answering at the office. St Luke's is, hands down, the absolute worst run organization EVER! This is not a one off problem. It is EVERY TIME YOU DEAL WITH THEM. God forbid you depend on them for life threatening care.
