Called to to ask two things one if I needed to talk to the doctor there for medications or ask my normal doctor and to ask for what medications the doctor had recommended and was answered with a lady that was rude, snippy, annoyed that she was talking to me and yelling at someone for asking a simple question. I don't think she gave me a name and for how unprofessional was I didn't even ask for what medication the doctor would recommended. is there somewhere I can talk to someone from bellin?
I have dealt with sleep apnea since 2015. It has been INSANE getting supplies. I have been without my machine for a week because i need a new mask and they REFUSE to allow me supplies or to schedule an appt to be seen in order to get supplies until the referral to go through. Meanwhile i have had headaches, woke up hoarse, coughing and haven't slept well in days. Bellin Sleep Center can take their referrals and shove them. Also the Sleep Center needs better more polite staff in reception on phone calls. If you don't want to politely deal with patients get a different job. Emplify is a take on EMPATHY. Try having some.
They are horrible and don't care about their patients and only have 2 sleep apnea doctors employed so they make you wait 6+ months to get in and then if they cancel on you the same week because more important things in their life comes up they make you reschedule for an additional several months away. It should not take allmost a year to be seen. Stay away from this horrible facility!
Both myself and another family member had an experience at the Bellin Pulmonary Center. A family member also had an experience at a similar facility in the Appleton. Bellin's staff was thorough, informative, sincere, and caring. If the need arises again, Bellin will definitely be our choice.
Went to see April Shepherd on July 19th at the pulmonary clinic. The two front receptionists was on the phone and wouldn’t even acknowledge me. I waited a little in front of both of them and didn’t get any kind of acknowledgment that I was even there. So I went and sat down and did the e sign-in. Waited for a little bit and went up to checked that it showed that I was there. The receptionist said no that I was 10minutes late and may have to reschedule when I arrived 5 minutes before appointment. If one of the receptionists did their jobs and acknowledged me there wouldn’t be any problems.Very unhappy with the receptionists
