Their attention is not towards you being comfortable. The television didn’t work, I was told it’s been like that for a couple of years. I asked for a wash cloth instead I was offered a towel because they never have wash clothes I was told. Who ever is in charge should prepare for simple request from ppl staying overnight for the sleep study, or inform ppl to bring these things from home. This is very disappointing compared to the study I had done in New Jersey many years ago. I’m wondering is the difference in care because of the clientele Temple provides care and services for in a lower economic status and the majority are people of color.
