Came almost an hour early. Didn't get seen until 30 minutes after my scheduled time. Nothing was established. Nothing got done. Waste of time. Bad experience.

Told the Doctor and the scheduling lady that the only way that I would do the recommended sleep study was if there was no out of pocket cost to me. Even told my sleep tech that I was only doing it because there was no costs. I ended up with a $5k bill even though they assured me there was no out of pocket costs!! Not once did they mention to check my deductible. BE CAREFUL. Don't trust their word.

This sleep center turned what could have been a nightmare (pardon the pun) scenario for me into a supportive, easy-as-it-could be experience. My insurance rejected the prior auth for a sleep study, and Dr. Fast and Sherri both took care of the (lengthy) appeal process, which was a huge weight off my shoulders. Having finally done the sleep study, the study suites are much nicer than others I've read about online. Good mattress, adjustable temp, nice technicians, and a quiet environment.

I don’t have anything negative to say about the doctors but they were wildly wrong about the estimate of my sleep study. When my bill came back more than 3 times the amount of their estimate they very condescending told me it was really important I understood my insurance better.

Dr Feiedenheim was rude & dismissive. It took months to get scheduled for testing-no live person, only voicemail. Called numerous times only to be ignored. Then my sleep study results were partially lost & my follows up were cancelled with no resolution in site. Office wouldn’t even see me without the study results which no one can get. Are they giving me a new script to repeat the test? Of course not. Now am stuck begging insurance company to pay for a repeat test with Penn Medicine. Don’t waste your time with Jefferson.
