I can’t say enough about the Doctors and staff ! Treat you with respect and kindness !! I use both Dr Ferlong as my endocrinologist and he is the one that gave me the information about Dr. O’Neill in the Heart department. Both are absolutely wonderful.We drive a long way to see them but know the care I get is 100%
My cat had a terrible smell in mouth. My cold vet said to call VSC, thank gid I did. Dr Wertzler was the highly skilled, she operated, removed 15 teeth. His mouth was so bad. She even called me. Best cars my little Lucky even had. Helen Quammen
Your nurses need an office or a designated consultant area to maintain pt privacy, no one should have follow consults and explanations in a general patient area. All patient care issues need to be discussin private without fear of others overhearing a private conversations. According to HIPPA, don't I have a right for privacy. Otherwise excellent service, would highly recommend this location for others.
Voorhees Specialty Care is always very professional. I love the courtesy and friendliness of all the people. I'm glad to be there when I am. The Nurse's Aide that helped me was named Dakota, and she was very understanding and professional in every way. Very friendly!
If I could give -10000 I would. I don’t have experience with any of the doctors I only got as far as the front desk and I was applaud at the attitude and horrible horrible care. I am only 2 weeks post op my surgeon didn’t cut a stitch he told me that I could go to any location at any time any doctor can just cut it and remove it. But was at the twp location where I typically go but no doctor I called main number they told me voorhees had a doctor so I went over there. Got to front desk told the lady what was going she looked at me like I had two heads another lady came over said idk why they told you that we don’t have a doctor here for that today so I stated idk either but I just came all the way from twp and this stich has been a bother I’m also having chest pains I just want to get the stitch out go home can you help me figure something out she with an attitude said she can speak with someone yes pls or let me speak to whomever is here I can speak with. As I walked away she said mmmhh I’m not gonna say anything. Now I don’t no what possed this women to even make this comment all I said was yes pls get a doctor so yes my response was ya think it’s best you don’t say anything. Than she starts with the comments under her breath every single worker there no joke was looking at me and laughing and making comments. I work in a medical office and I was so taken back by this. I did speak with the manger while he didn’t care to do any I left I wasn’t feeling well and this stitch needed to be removed. This place needs to revamp there staff. They look like fools having a staff like that in the health care industry. I will never again deal with Jefferson
