Why do we make appointments if the wait is still over an hour? I don’t understand the process… I get most people walk in but what’s the point of appointment feature if it does nothing? I would have gone first thing in the morning instead of 11:45am (the earliest appointment time). The front desk lady couldn’t be ruder as well, completely unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location.

Extremely negative experience here. Tried to explain my symptoms to the nurse and she laughed at me and wouldn’t take me seriously. Then she went to go talk to the doctor outside of my room and heard her speaking very negatively about me and invalidating my symptoms. Felt extremely uncomfortable after being treated this way and will probably never return

They were very rude there. They made me wait for hours. I had hand pain and a broken thumb I believe. They took people before me who came in after me. When they finally brought me back to the room, they had me wait very long again. When Dr Naeemah Alston came in the room finally she repeatedly asked me the same questions over and over about my hand and thumb. I answered all her questions. Then she got extremely rude and started yelling at me that she wasn't going to take care of me if I didn't answer her questions. I couldn't believe she was gaslighting me like that. I answered all her questions over and over again. Then she squeezed my thumb very hard, which I couldn't bend and had a lot of pain. Her squeezing my thumb like that shot enormous pain through my thumb and hand! Unbelievable! She was very rude and unprofessional. I felt like she was being racist towards me. Then she made me wait about another hour before giving me x-rays of both hands. Then another long wait. It wasn't until I started coughing my head off that a nurse came in and gave me a note that said I had to stay out of work 3 days and told me to go see an orthopedic surgeon. They never told me what was wrong with my hand or thumb after all of that! They just sat in the back talking to each other the entire time I was there. Looks Lazy. I had to keep asking how much longer until I would be seen and they'd say your next, but I was in there for hours. Dr. Naeemah Alston was rude and unprofessional towards me and I felt like I was being discriminated against. Very poor attitudes by staff. Only helpful one was a man who did my intake and x-rays. Rest of staff was very rude. I never want to go there again. I have not had good experiences with Jefferson Health. Rothman is so much better. I will stick with them. Unfortunately I had to go to Jeff because it was a work Injury.

Just left this location and did not feel welcomed at all by the nurse whom only given the name Ashley. She was telling me everything they don’t do and if I was to take any test and it come back that it’s normal I’ll get billed because they want “us” to start going to our regular doctors for regular checkups which was not what I was there for. I didn’t understand why she would THINK that a basic swab wasn’t going to get picked up by my insurance or why my insurance was so in question. I asked for THE DOCTOR so I can speak to someone else to have a clearer understanding of what they do or don’t do because Ashley said a lot but also back tracked a lot of what she was saying. Waited awhile for someone else to come in who WASN'T A DOCTOR but another nurse smh I felt like she wanted me to leave but I didn’t so she sent her friend in. I explained to her whom she said her name was Cassy, what was said to me by Ashley. She ensured me that I definitely could get a seen and that it wouldn’t be a problem but she basically couldn’t explain why “Ashley” said what she said to me. Cassy apologized for me feeling unwelcomed but I no longer wanted to be seen at this location

I have been an RN for over 30 years and we have a very critical eye and high standards. I was very impressed with the quality of care I received from everyone beginning with the receptionist to all of the nurses, technicians and physicians I saw this morning. I was treated with respect, given more than enough time to have all my questions answered, and found all the practitioners to be very patient and kind. I also appreciated that every room I was taken in, including X-ray, was extremely clean and organized. My only suggestion would be to replace the chairs in the waiting area, which seem very old and worn and do not make a good first impression.
