Front desk staff is nice, Doctor seemed annoyed and vague with providing care. No empathy at all. I never experienced this in my life.
I wasn’t feeling well for almost 2 weeks. I thought I had an infection and I was afraid I waited too long to see my primary. I went to Urgent Care just to be safe. The nurse I had was very pleasant and took my vitals. She gave me a pregnancy test and check for infections. Negative. When the doctor came in and told me the results I was relieved. We concluded it was probably acid reflux. She seemed annoyed and told me this was not an urgent care issue. This soured my mood. Felt like I was being scolded for wasting her time. Don’t shame people for worrying about their health.
Dr. O is a good doctor. The rest are crappy and like to push buttons. Frank the RN should get another job working with non human patients. Kelsey the other RN just had Franks back. Too many other choices to put up with their crap.
Crappy place really… originally went in to get a UTI test. Their UTI test came back inconclusive and INSISTED I take a STD test. I refused but was scared into it by the doctor. All test came back negative and guess who got stuck with a 700$+ bill. Yep me. Tell your patients the cost of these tests before u push them onto us. Oh and guess what test did come back positive after sending it to the lab… you guessed it. The UTI test. Waste of my time and money. The only reason it’s not 1 star is because of the really nice nurse who helped me.
Horrible experience they put me in the room. A man came took my vitals than came back a hour later to take them again. At that time it dawned on them they forgot me. I wait another 20 minutes than I ask what going on. My provider who’s named was Rose said you’re my next human making me feel like I wasn’t even a person at that point. I asked for my money back and am now going to file a complaint with the patient advocacy service department for Jefferson.
