The physical therapist and support staff at this facility are excellent. The facility itself needs immediate attention. There is a severe lack of wheel chairs for patients that need assistance and those wheel chairs that are available are broken. It's sad for a multi-billion dollar hospital system like Virtua to not have functioning equipment for their patients. Please do better Virtua!!!

Went to neurology, I’ve had my issues and nerve pain for going on 2 years. I have been navigating through drs to just treat me do something and I sent to this dr and that dr. ALMOST 2 years of this I’ve yet to be treated for anything. I’ve officially given up waiting the 6 months to be told to see another in 6 months it’s cheaper and easier to just deal with my health issues you’ve made it extremely clear virtua I’m over it
This is a waste of money! I was uneasy and unwelcomed by the receptionist. Although she was pleasant to the other patrons, I assumed it was just her personality. The massage was good, but when it was over, there were no lounge chairs, snacks, or anywhere to settle down comfortably. The whole experience was sad and for the money, there are far better options available.
This is a great way to experience rehabilitation. The warm water helps muscles relax while gaining strength. Sherry and Angel, the therapists are great. You'll know you are in good hands. Le Ann, the pool aide, is so helpful that from the first day it'll feel like home.
