We had a great experience with the asthma team. All the staff were very knowledgeable and professional and helped us adjust our treatment.

I stood there awkwardly as it was my first time at this location the two older check in receptionists were too busy talking to notice me. But the check out receptionist who was also a student was so kind, noticed me looking lost, and checked me in. The two older women started rudely complaining about how I was late not knowing I was standing right there already being checked in by the student because they didn’t even notice me. I hate when old ppl complain abt our generation being “lazy” and “rude” when it’s so clearly the opposite, I notice this everywhere I go.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism from the check out clerk/receptionist. After what was otherwise a positive experience with the medical staff, I was met with rudeness and attitude from the check out clerk. She was short, dismissive, and acted as if any question or clarification was a burden. Her tone was unprofessional and completely out of step with the kind of care and compassion one would expect in a pediatric setting. Dealing with medical concerns for your child is already stressful - being treated rudely at the end of the visit only adds to the anxiety. It's unfortunate that such an unwelcoming front-line interaction can tarnish an otherwise good experience. The office should seriously consider providing better customer service training or re-evaluate who they entrust with patient-facing responsibilities. I do sincerely appreciate how kind and understanding the doctors and nurses are though. That is the only reason why I will continue to bring my son to this facility.

Condescending and obnoxious clerks tired of their jobs sitting on the phones with an attitude. The whole script is snobby... We are taking appointments x months out if you don't want we understand. No, I want to make an appointment. She asks for the information and without telling me puts me on an indefinite hold. I stay on for another 15 minutes, hang up and call right back and it goes to voicemail. I call back two hours later and the new one starts the same, we are taking appointments x+1 month out now if you don't want we understand. Already another month added to the original. I tell her of the previous call and that the previous attendant had taken the information and put me on hold. I can't find your information. Great... burn people, run down service go broke and join the new crew. The circle starts again...

STEER CLEAR OF THIS OFFICE!!!! We took my son in to follow up with peds Ortho after going to urgent care. We brought in our own x-ray disc and all they did was tape his fingers. We had a MASSIVE issue with his bill. It was a huge bill after insurance covered. Reached out multiple times to office manager and the NP who billed. Never got a call back. Apparently they have the right in their contract to charge either as an office or a facility and can choose how they want. They slammed us with a facility charge and it took me over 7mo to get this sorted. They sent me to collections even though I was proactively working with them and said they wouldn't. I am beyond disappointed as the bill stated originally he was charged for surgery services and that's what I was disputing. Apparently there are other reviews with billing discrepancies and issues. I'd steer clear as I never had issues with an office like this and now I'm paying for it all because I didn't blindly pay their original mistated bill. Very upsetting
