The phone service sucks The sign in counter girl was very nice pleasant doctors were great but when you exit and sign out that girl was horrid the doctor order 2 tests a sleep study and pulmonary test ok I get to the sign out and she say you can go I informed her the doctor ordered a few tests at which she rolls her eyes she proceeds to schedule the sleep study I tell her I need 2 weeks or more notice to schedule a ride she proceeds to tell me she put me on a cancellation order so if someone cancels I can have there appointment but I will not get a 2 week notice I told her do not put me on that notice she balks at me like hello I'm blind I don't drive an even ur care rides need advance notice well after that fiasco I said wat about the pulmonary test she said we don't do that here I said well doctor put the order in can u please give me a copy so I can figure out who to call she says we don't do that I say wat how am I supposed to make an appointment with a pulmonary doctor if I don't know who or where to call I need the referral she said we don't do that I'm like WTH I said ok I guess I'm on my own I'll figure it out she gave me sleep study paper nothing else paperwork nothing so I go outside an call my heart doctor an they helped me out I'm like Jesus wat doctors office don't give referrals or orders on paper when they order a test the other staff and doctors were very nice but that women is clueless on her job she is not friendly nor was she competent

Like there services very friendly employees can’t complain at all I’m a new patients they treat me as a family
