Very good clinic that saw us and took care of us quickly with x-rays and bloodwork unit all in one place. Glad to know that there is a place like this close to many who need it. Meds were sent over to our pharmacy right away and our primary doctor was on the phone with us when needed.
I wish I could leave this for a specific office because I'm sure there are good doctors there. I have had nothing but trouble getting in with my doctor, a rude receptionist who doesn't seem to even remotely care that I'm having an issue so severe I'm losing sleep and can't breathe periodically. No reasonable appointment times at all, and then doesn't even tell me about openings till the day of, its like they assume we can all just leave work on a whim. Avoid the office of Doctor Singla, overbooked and not there to help.
Horrible Experience. I was a patient 2 years ago, and called to schedule an appointment for the same condition. Was told by Kim that I needed a script. When I told her I had 50 questions and told me she wasn't aware of the doctor who wrote the script and that I'd need to fax it to her in order for me to make the appointment. I asked if I could email it and she told me I'd need to go to KINKO's to have them fax the script because they don't email. When I questioned why this needed to be so difficult she told me I was making it difficult by not giving her the name of my doctor. I argued that I did tell her the name but she insisted that she didn't know who that doctor is. After eight minutes of back and forth, she hung up on me and I still don't have an appointment. I think I can safely say that this is a systemic problem with BMG. I've used them in the past as my primary and they were impossible to work with. It's obvious based on my experience with Kim that they really don't give a crap about their patients.
Their billing department is rude. BMG has been over charging me on my copay because they are using AI to estimate what I MIGHT owe after insurance. I do not actually owe anything over my copay per my insurance company, BMG owes me money back, money that will be credited to my BMG account unless I call to have them refund to money to me. I have to call 35-45 days after each appointment to ask for the money back. Beware this company!
The staff is beyond incredible here. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and ready to help - always. Clean facility, plenty of parking, elevators are available as well as stairs with motivational signs as you ascend/descend them. Bathrooms are easily found and are also quite clean. You have the ability to check in from your phone (in your car or outside the building) when you arrive and can get a text message letting you know when to come in and see your doctor. There are also self check in kiosks available if you'd rather not wait in line. I will note that if it's your first time or if you have more than one appointment, you cannot use the kiosk to check in. At the time of this review, masks are required in the building at all times. There is hand sanitizer available at every turn. There is also plenty of space throughout the building to keep a distance from others. Unfortunately I've been through a fair share of medical issues which means I've been to a lot of different doctors. I've lived in several states across the country and the BMG has been absolutely top notch compared to many places I've visited over the decades. You will be well taken care of here.
