I went there for 5 years. Never did I have a visit when Dr Lee didn’t make some sarcastic remark about my weight. I don’t care how much he runs or how many chis seeds he eats. I am now out of supplies and need to go back. The office personnel were great. Seems that their ratings have dropped significantly. Oh well I hopes this helps

The doctor wanted to barter with me. He would only get me a CPAP if I went in the weight loss shot. When I refused, he became hostile. Do not go here if you are in a large body. They stick to the old stigma that fat is bad and they won’t help you.

Glad I called the office today about the appointment for this afternoon that I scheduled a year ago. I was informed that the doctor I scheduled with, whom I hadn’t met before, as doctor I had seen previously was “retiring”. Now I have an appointment in a little over a month with the doctor that “retired”. Odd these doctors offices charge patients for canceling with less than 24 hours notice but don’t have the decency to inform you your appointment is no longer being kept on their end.

Dr Shusterman is an excellent diagnostician. His exam was thorough, he was clearly up to speed with my medical records which my primary care doc had sent to him. He asked many pertinent questions about my symptoms, and he listened carefully to my responses. He was not rushed at all. He explained everything in a very clear, easy to understand way -- including my diagnosis and treatment options. He was also caring and friendly. The staff folks (front desk, nurses, etc.) were all helpful, friendly, very competent, and efficient. I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Shusterman and this medical practice.

Dr. Lee is the Best. A wonderful Doctor who has an excellent professional mannerism and talks to his patients on a level they completely understand. We travel a distance to see him but the trip is well worth it.
