I love their Urgent Care Center. The wait is not long and the doctors and nurses are phenomenal. Their emergency room is like any emergency room. The wait is sometimes long and sometimes not. You really can't have any expectations about the wait time. You'll just drive yourself crazy. Just go to their urgent care if you need to be seen quick.
Walked in with severe pain from cystic acne. Docs looked at me for thirty seconds and wrote an antibiotic prescription. They made a dermatologist appt. in March. It's July! I was basically forced out of there with no help for the severe pain I went in for. These concerns were raised with three different individuals in the ER. They did nothing at all that I couldn't have done with a phone call to my doctor. I came seeking help. Not a prescription.
I cannot say enough good things about the pediatric urgent care. Our registered nurse Diane W was straight from Heaven, same with the doctor (I didn’t grab her name I’m sure I can find it). They took care of my son better than anyone ever has. They had to give him an IV for dehydration and an antibiotic, they did everything on his stuffed animal first. And they gave him a stuffed animal and put his arm brace from the IV on the stuffed animal once we are done with the fluids and antibiotics. These nurses need our help and support. The deserve to be treated with the upmost respect and recognition. I will remember Diane our RN for the rest of my life- THAT IS HOW MUCH OF AN IMPACT SHE HAD ON US!!!! 100000/10 would recommend. UPDATE 3/31- Our Doctor’s name was Karen E. We had such a wonderful experience. I feel like everyone always shares the negative but these women truly are outstanding at what they do. My son absolutely adored both Nurse Diane and Doctor Karen E. I am forever grateful.
Nurse Jasmine provided exceptional care during my treatment. She was kind, professional, and always made me feel comfortable. Her attention to detail and genuine empathy truly stood out, and she went above and beyond to ensure my well-being. Showed up at 2:30 am, been stuck in the waiting room for 2.5 hrs now. The place is absolutely disgusting, saw ants on the floor while checking in. For the love of god do not come here if you need speedy care
