I checked the Carbon website at 6am and was able to get appointment at 8:15am the same day! The reception area was very clean, the receptionist was very nice as was the nurse. I saw the doctor pretty much right away and he was able to provide me with the medication I needed. I would definitely recommend Carbon in Brownsmills if you are ever in need of quick professional medical care.

My daughter was seen for an infected bump on her finger. Every person we interacted with was very pleasant and helpful. Our family has used this clinic once or twice before and we have had positive experiences every time. It’s so nice to be able to make an appointment online too.

I work at the hospital across from here just got out of work too and needed to be seen.I waited an hour just to be called back and this woman can’t recall her name but she had an accent and was yelling “3” at me cause I didn’t hear her the first time like she even said my name wrong but hey that’s cool it happens pretty normal I did correct her my right name but she already had her back turned towards me me and moved to the side idk why and instead of leading the way to the room lead the way to the room she assume ima know and shouting three I guess helps. I don’t work here so why are you expecting me to know where to look and find the room number three like take the initiative and guide the patients where they need to go.Besides that the rest of the staff was wonderful and I know times get hard but does mean others should feel know.

My family has been coming to Carbon Health in Browns Mills for over a year now, and the consistency of care is honestly what keeps us going back. It doesn’t matter if it’s one of my kids, myself, or my husband being seen, walk-ins, scheduled visits, quick concerns, bigger worries, every single doctor and nurse we’ve met has been kind, patient, and genuinely attentive. What stands out the most is how conscious they are of both our medical needs and our emotional comfort. They listen, they explain, they don’t rush you, and they treat every situation with real ethical and professional care. We’ve seen multiple providers here, and the experience has been reliably positive every time. They even referred us out to Virtua once, and while it wasn’t my favorite experience, the referral itself was appropriate and done with our best interest in mind. As a mom of three who is in urgent care more than I’d like to admit, I can say this place has earned my trust. Highly recommend.

I was so sick coming to this facility and had a great experience. I made an appointment online. Super easy able to upload everything. The only thing I had an issue with was adding my insurance but that went smooth when I got to the office. From the front desk to the MA to the Provider I had caring and informative experience! The provider even cared enough to even follow up with them in a few days to make sure I was doing better. I'll definitely be back if I ever need too. Thank you to all the staff. I know from working in the medical field. It's a very thankless job sometimes and everyone was so much appreciated 💕
