I dont give a 0 star because it doesent allowe me. I've been bringing my husband to this hospital for about eight months now, and every time we come, the treatment is awful. The only reason I keep bringing him here is because he's had multiple surgeries, his abdomen is still open, and even if I take him to another hospital, they end up transferring him back here. Today I took him to the emergency room, and they treated him terribly. He was standing for over an hour (he can't sit down due to his open wound) they told him that if he didn't sit down, he should wait outside. He also asked for help cleaning his abdomen, and they sent him to the bathroom, but he didn't go because he could get an infection or catch a bacteria. The person attending him told him to clean it at home because he was leaving. They didn't treat him or do anything for him. They are horrible there and don’t care about anyone.
Loving nightmare! My father was sent to a mental hospital against his will and without consent of his children- power of attorney. He signed the 201 form my knowing what he was signing! Why do we give doctors and hospitals so much power and respect? Drive 2 hours to Philly and save your sanity,
I recently delivered my baby boy at CMC, and I can honestly say the labor and delivery and postpartum nurses were absolutely incredible. Every nurse I interacted with was kind, patient, and so attentive. They made me feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. They explained everything clearly, encouraged me when I needed it most, and went above and beyond to make sure both my baby and I were well taken care of. Their compassion and professionalism made such a difference during one of the most special (and emotional) times of my life. I’m so thankful for each and every nurse who helped bring my baby into the world — you all are amazing and truly make this hospital stand out!
This hospital is horrible ‘quality’ care. I remember when people here actually cared for their patients. They have makeshift emergency ‘rooms’ in the hallways where everyone around can see you if you’re getting any tests done. The only seperarion between the ‘rooms’ and people in the hallways (where everyone is) is a curtain which only covers the area of the bed frame. The curtain must remain open if any visitors or doctor is staying with you because there’s no space to close them. Again, they’re in a common hallway. Unbelievable.
Absolutely Positively the WORST hospital you would ever step foot in. They will hurt you before they help you. I have been in and out of the emergency room since April. Have lost over 60 pounds since then, found out I had H pylori from a different doctor. Every time I went here they treated me like I was some dramatic 20 year old. I was vomiting blood, and the doctor seemed to not care, didn't even write it on my discharge paperwork. Just said I was there for "Abdominal pain". What I have, could have been found months ago with the right doctors. These people were not that. Every-time I went there, they saw on my chart that I smoked weed, and they always told me that me smoking was the issue. Never cared to listen to anything else or any symptoms I was having. Absolutely hate this hospital and staff. never go here. they will put you in worse condition than you came in.
