Dr. Davanzo has a uniquely beneficial bedside manner. He interacts with me on a personal level as well as he does on a medicinal level. He spends as much time as necessary during each appointment to ensure I am well taken care of.
The entire staff (doctors and office staff) are wonderful to deal with and they have an efficient process when you have an appointment. Great experience - been with them for almost a decade - have moved to Florida so now I need a new doctor and I am sure they will not meet my expectations.
The front office is extremely unprofessional. I initially scheduled an appointment for New Years eve, which they never called me to let me know that they were not in that day. I ended up wasting an hour going to their location only to find them not answer the door or phone calls. I scheduled a second appointment for today, called ahead of time to make sure they saw the Zocdoc appointment and the front desk verified i had appointment only for them to call 10 mins before the appointment to let me know they have to reschedule because they did not check the appointment time and the length of time it would take. Wasted two hours trying to visit this doctor. Don't waste your time and book with someone else.
In a world full of angry medical staff workers this place is a breath of fresh air. Kind. Helpful. Efficient. Professional. Prompt. Courteous. Are just a few of the words to explain their performance with my case. I needed to have an evaluation done in order to get a new job. And the staff made sure to get me in when I needed to be and got all the paperwork sent to the company without any issues. The doctor is super nice and I would highly recommend this office.
