Rude, unprofessional, don’t pick up the phone. Don’t care about the patients . Not going back to this facility Hillsboro is the best location
Went there yesterday for a consultation and was thoroughly impressed by everyone I interacted with. The woman who checked me in was super kind and friendly. The nurse that took my vitals and set me up was also very nice. The best part was the Dr. He was super friendly and explained everything I needed to know.
They were too far away from my house and they had weird hours,had to meet some guy there at 7 pm to pick up my at home sleep test?
Three weeks ago the doctor told me I need a new sleep study. Two weeks ago they performed the sleep study. Today I called for the fourth time to get the results of the sleep study. No one answers the phone or returns my calls. They know how to send bills to Medicare but don't make any effort to communicate with patients. My suggestion is use anyone else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I called to make an appointment for a sleep study. Whoever answered the phone (a female) was rude right off the bat. I won't be going there, you just lost my business. You should get friendly competent people to answer your phones and schedule your appointments.
