Poor communication and lack of technical knowledge by staff. Failed at home sleep test, no explanation except insufficient sleep, recorded a 6.5 hour sleep session. They want me to try it again and they can’t even explain how the first one was “insufficient”. I called back they said I didn’t sleep enough 🤷♂️ seems like that’s the whole point.
I had a great appointment with Johnathan today . He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help.. I highly recommend him.. it has been hard to find good care with OSA but my prayers are answered today.

My visit was excellent with questions answered and dealing with very pleasant people. Two months ago I would have struggled to give them a half star because of a previous employee's inaction. They have been very diligent in earning my trust back. And I'm very glad I decided to give them a second chance.
I have called the office a couple of times now and spoken to Kim. She's always extremely kind, helpful and cheerful. A fantastic representation of the office. Additional communication via email was clear and easy to understand, even the paperwork which was also via email commoletion and account creation. Today I had a telemed appt with Andrea. The appt was very simple to initiate and it started on time. Andrea was very friendly and helped set any concerns at ease. I will have more encounters with this office and based on my experiences thus far I highly recommend them.
