Incredibly unresponsive and disorganized. Has told me that they would call me back multiple times, but each time I have had to call back out of my own accord when I realize they are never going to call me back or leave a message. Also lost my information. Something organizationally is wrong here and needs to be fixed.
My doctor who is in their building mind you, put in a referral for a sleep study on 6/17. They emailed me to fill out the questionnaire about my sleep habits which I did right away. The end of the questionnaire said they’d contact me to schedule an appointment in two weeks. It’s now 7 weeks later and not only have I not received any calls to set up my sleep study, I know they haven’t even submitted the request to my insurance company since I’ve never received anything in the mail regarding a request for coverage for this. I called and left a voicemail. Let’s see if they call me back.
Receptionist learned that I had out of state insurance and put me on hold and then hung up. You do not know who I am, where I come from, or what my politics are based on the fact that I am insured under my parents’ Texas plan! It's discriminatory.
WARNING. THE WORST. Scheduled a sleep study with scheduling department then told I could not speak to a doctor regarding the results for almost 5 months later. I asked to speak to someone about speaking to a doctor sooner and was given the run around. Ultimately a woman named "Stephanie" (who basically told me to be quite when I tried to ask a question) transferred me to the doctors office and went to a voicemail. No return phone call. It is clear the people working there are only interested in doing the least amount of work possible, approach patients as if they are doing you a favor are not willing to help patients at all.
This is a fantastic place to have your sleep study. Arranging it and dealing with insurance issues was handling expertly and efficiently by the superb administrative staff. The facility is immaculate. The on-site staff were professional and friendly. The clinicians are great and all consultations can be done by telehealth.
