Completely unprofessional. I called to make an appointment as a new patient who just received concerning medical information. I was repeatedly interrupted and rushed on the phone. Not one but two different receptionists (after the first one hing the phone up on me) would not let me finish my sentence or answer my questions They repeatedly jumped to conclusions Even after I asked to please be patient with me because I had a question. She continued interrupting me and wouldnt let me speak, continuously inturoting me saying sir I'm trying to help you with an appointment. Instead of listen to my full sentence or question. I was asking a simple question, of what is the difference between the nurse practitioner and the doctor and if the nurse practitioner could do everything the doctor could because I did not want to may multiple appoontmenta. Before I could get that question out the receptionist began answering the question which was the wrong answer because it was not the question I was asking. After asking several times to just be patient let me finish my sentence. The receptionist continued to interrupt me repeatedly saying sir I am trying to help you. The problem is they were not listening. Since I had such a bad experience over the phone I said I was going to look for another office andshe replied ok good and hung up the phone. So I did I called another local office and had a great experience please stay away from the apathetic uncaring office.

Horrible experience since Dr Singh retired. Having several COPD flare ups I was unable to get an appointment for 8 weeks. I had to go to both my primary DOC and to an urgent care for treatment. Each time I called the Pulmonary group to see if i can be seen earlier as per my condition was getting worse. My primary Doc (also member Valley Medical group) agreed this is too long and said he would call there. Still no earlier appointment. Each call was meet with lack of concern just very curt office personnel. After locating an other practice received appt in 3 days. Did somebody from VMG call me and and say had a cancellation and could be seen next day. I declined and stated I wanted all my records sent to New Practice. This person then rudely say I need a fax number. I put her on hold, called new Doctor and had them exchange what was needed. VMG hold up. New Doc office acknowledged how rude VMG were and apologized for them.

The receptionist is very nasty. My father came in for testings in December. The receptionist wanted a photo of my dad on file, my dad refused because he doesn't feel well. The receptionist kept insisting and took a photo of him on the iPad without his permission. Every time we login the portal we see that horrible photo as his profile photo.
