if you love to wait 20 plus minutes at a doctors place, this place is for you! I am waiting for a phone follow up from my CT scan from 2 weeks ago, my appt was to be at 10:15, it is now 10:38. Second time phone follow up was 25 minutes before the assistant called to put the DR on. I don't understand why this place need assistants. My primary physician referred me to this place, I've been once in person, that I waited in the office for 30 minutes with assistants walking and no one from the staff letting me know how long it will be. The office is poorly managed with multiple email and text to confirm the appt, the phone number to call in the confirmation email is wrong. I had called the office earlier from google number, and the receptionist told me that may be running a bit late and to stay by the phone, that was at 10:21. I have called and emailed from the portal, and left voicemails to have my notes sent to me from the initial appt, never got them, the second phone follow up I mentioned, got them the next day. 3 out of 3 times I've been interacting with this place, has been negative experience. it is 10:45, and no phone calls, so do I get a reimbursement? it's over 15 minutes wait time.

I believe in experiences that make you feel seen and heard, and Androsent Ear, Nose & Throat Center truly provided that for me. From the front desk’s excellent customer service to the assistant who took my intake, and finally to Dr. Rosario, I felt cared for throughout the entire process. I didn’t feel like just another new patient. If you are experiencing any ear, nose, or throat issues, I highly recommend Dr. Rosario and her staff.

The billing department for this business is poorly managed. I've been trying to get a billing issue resolved for over a year. I've talked with Lisa many times to resolve this issue over the last year. She tells me, each time, she needs to research the issue and will call me back. Sometimes she contacts me back, other times I don't hear from her. My understanding is that their billing department is located outside the contiguous United States. I believe Lisa is trying to resolve the issue, but is not getting cooperation from their billing department, which is poorly managed. I can not recommend using this business for this reason

The first visit was really strange because she got offended that I didn’t know she was the doctor. I decided to try again and it was a nurse practitioner and she was going to send a prescription and a referral for imaging. I went to pick up the prescription and they said they never got it. I also didn’t get a call for imaging. Usually the imaging center is quick to contact. I called Andros and left a message that neither had been done and they never called me back. I definitely would not want them doing anything invasive on my child if they can’t even handle simple things like that.

Dr Rosario has helped 2 of my children with their surgeries. Tonsils,adenoids and turbinates. She is hands down the best. From each visit up till the surgeries she was so kind and helped my sons not be afraid. After surgery she was so caring for not just them but us the parents. We made one after surgery call and to my surprise she was the one who answered after hours on the weekend! I'll forever recommend her and the staff at her office for anything ENT.
