Been trying to schedule for 1 week. Legit calling every single day. No answer.

Sadly there is no zero stars to review this place, I drove an hour and a half to bring my wife to a sleep study. After 30 minutes of waiting in the parking lot, in the Great Neck location, I started to call all the branches to see what happened because it was closed. After a few calls, someone from the New York branch answered the phone promising that the supervisor would call me back. Something that never happened. We lost time and money. Be aware of this location and this company.

Had a great experience working with Devon today. He throughly explained how I would use my sleep apnea machine and answered all my questions. He was very professional throughout the whole process. Highly recommend this location over the others.

They do not answer phones and horrible with correspondence. I did a sleep study three weeks ago and my doctor has not got the results. The sleep center gave me United’s number and now because of this hold up I can lose a job opportunity. This is the worst experience of my life.

Will lie to you to charge your insurance as many times as possible horrible place avoid at all cost . Gave them a 2nd shot still running the same scam, they will make sure they make you come back as many times as possible and if you don't they won't give you the equipment you need. Meanwhile they are just doing so they can charge your insurance for multiple tests . Do not use was lied to the whole way through they will tell you can be done in one night and then say no you need to come back . Horrible company and horrible ethics. Never use same scam all around
