This place is the worst clinic i have ever seen. It is the physical manifestation of the concept of malpractice. The staff and doctors are some of the most unprofessional people i have ever encountered and the level of care you will get is sub par, unless you like being ignored, lied to, and forced into services without important information. You will have to chase down your doctors for answers and test results, your appointments can only be scheduled several months away, you will be treated like you are stupid, you will get conflicting information, and you will be neglected. I have to get all of my test results and questions answered from a different healthpartners doctor in a different, unrelated, clinic because getting anything from these people is pretty much impossible.

Got my at home sleep test with flexible hours (though you do have to return it earlier in the morning), super easy to pick up and mostly intuitive to set up at home. All tested within 24hrs, and they do say that the results do take time. Friendliest receptionist there is, shout out to Felicia!

I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt and really should have checked these reviews prior. It was an absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. Heather, my “doctor”, ended up, adding something to a medical record that was taken completely out of context and will only harm me. She exhibited a high degree of unprofessionalism, from gaming on her computer, sharing anecdotal and personal stories which were irrelevant to my situation, not assisting me in any of the concerns that I had. And basically leaving me in a worse position than when I started. It rose to the level that I may actually need to report her to her board. I agree with other reviewers… Stay far away from this place. They truly don’t care about their patients but pretend to. The woman at the front desk was horrible also. Very rigid and would not listen. When I explained I was told I could return a sleep study device a certain day and she decided it didn’t matter what I was told. That type of thing happens all the time there. Not at all client centered.

As a Health Partners insurance carrier, I have to say run away from this sleep clinic. Don’t bother unless you want delays, excuses, and frustration. I was able to be tested quickly, within a week, for my sleep health concerns. Twenty-four hours after testing, I had preliminary results indicating that I had mild sleep apnea and CPAP was directed. I was provided with a contact number to order supplies. But wait! I could not order supplies until the final report arrived, which would be in 10-14 days. Well, 10-14 days passed and nothing. After many calls to HealthPartners and plenty of excuses byu the sleep center, I received the final report nearly 21 days later. Ironically, I was never notified that the final report had been issued, I had to be told where to find it when speaking with the Health Partners customer advocate (again, not the sleep center). Speaking of the final report, the only thing added to the report that made it official was: “I attest that I have conducted an epoch-by-epoch review of all of the raw data for this sleep study.” I waited three weeks for that??? Now that I have the final report I have reached out for supplies. But wait! I need to wait another three weeks for the first available appointment. So, I decided to go elsewhere for my supplies. Turns out it took over a week, and numerous phone calls, before the fax was received and I could order my supplies, even though I was told “we sent the fax.” Once I had the supplies through a third party vendor, I was told many times from the store manager, "Didn't the doctor tell you this?" -sigh- No, I never heard from the doctor!! As part of this journey, I requested numerous times through Health Partners member services for the Office Manager to call me back to help with moving the process forward (there are no phone numbers available). Again, no call. No apologies for poor service, no accountability, etc. In other words, don’t bother with Health Partners/Regions sleep center folks. Ask how much time the whole process will take before you start this journey. There are other options. Stay tuned for more updates.

Hard to find, rude front desk, strange janitor. Went to pickup my at home sleep study on a Friday so could do it on a non work day over the weekend. The person who setup the pkup just said it’s part of regions hospital, I don’t know the area and live over a half hour away plus there just happened to be tons of construction going on near there and exit was blocked off. Anyway maps didn’t get me there and it’s off someone frontage road totally obscured by woods, can’t see it from the road. When I walked in a front desk gal asked for name then abruptly shoved a briefcase in my face like here hurry up and take this and leave thank you. Like no direction whatsoever for an 8+ hr overnite study I’m conducting at home. Put the several part device together later at home by paper instructions and almost gave up, so many wires and contraptions, devices for your nose/breathing, chest/heart, wrist/pulse, and finger/oxygen with tons of wires, devices and belts/loops/straps. I don’t know that I slept much with all this on but passed the test without needing further examination. When I went to drop the device off as required by 9am the next morning, it was again an empty parking lot, with a man staring strangely at me from inside the lobby when I pulled up. Like have they not informed him that even tho they are closed they have 2 huge drop boxes out front literally in front of the front door/lobby, where he was standing where people will be coming to return they’re equipment. Like I’m a small frame female you’re a large male, why are you looking concerned or otherwise creepily at me. Got out after contemplating a second and waved like I’m not trying to rob the place, this should be a normal occurrence for you and this place, and went on my way. The only pleasant thing about the exp was the flock of turkeys grazing near the pond. You get a minimal like four line generic looking report after all that. Not worth it.
