They helped me a lot to find out what was wrong with me. They were all very nice , and respectful. Everyone talked to me like a person , and made sure I understood, or had any questions. Only issue was the beds are not comfortable.

Brad Wilson was wonderful, he was extremely friendly and enjoyable to meet with, his explanation of my results were clear and easy to follow. I highly recommend this center and Mr. Wilson especially.

Came here for my 9 year olds sleep study - I was super nervous after seeing all of the negative reviews. Wondering if I should take him somewhere else - My son is autistic, has anxiety and sensory processing disorder. My ONLY issues were… 1) I called the phone number on the packet given to me by his doctor who referred us.. Absolutely no answer. It was automated and asked for a ID number? Then kept hanging up. I had to call my son’s therapy center that referred us, and get them to reach out to the sleep center so we can get scheduled. That took a while. 2) When the sleep center called me to schedule, we settled for 10pm. On our way to the center at 9:15pm, we received a call saying we were late and asking us if we were coming? Luckily we were still able to go in, but they messed up the time. 3) The rooms are nice, you have a private bathroom (no shower though) in the room with you. There’s a full or queen bed and a chair. Both chair and bed are really uncomfortable. Hard to get to sleep for the sleep study on uncomfortable beds. Now what I LOVED about the sleep center… When we came in for my son’s appointment, we were welcomed by such a sweet man - his name is Glen. He assured me that I was okay with the appointment time mess up, took us to the room. He asked me if I knew what sleep apnea was and I told him yes but wasn’t sure how it worked etc. He explained everything in great detail, mentioning how important it is to get everything checked. He explained to my autistic son step by step exactly what he was going to be doing, when my son started having an anxiety attack he was reassuring him that he was safe and okay. That he wouldn’t hurt him for a million dollars and telling him how much of a great kid he is. Glen was amazing, and probably the sweetest man I’ve ever met. I could go on and on about how great he was to us! He introduced us to Michael because he had to end his shift, he’s amazing as well! Checked in on us, was super nice and fast to come assist if needed.

This is the 2nd half of my review. The first one was my intake and this one is about my sleep study. Everyone treated me with respect and they were so nice and friendly and helpful.. I had the sweetest little guy taken care of me through the night and he was so nice and explain everything to me.. The next morning when I was leaving my ride got lost. He's 73 years old.. He was here but he was just sitting in the wrong parking lot.. A gentleman came down stairs and I think he was leaving and he came back in and helped me find him..he drove around to the back parking lot and he was there. He didn't have to help me or my friend but he did. I was so scared for my friend because I didn't know how far away he may have been and when I talked to him on the phone he was scared himself.. This is a great place and I recommend it to everyone..

We’ve been waiting over six months for a pediatric sleep study for our son, who has a severe case of sleep apnea. This study is required before he can have his tonsils and adenoids removed. Unfortunately, he came down with the flu before his original appointment, so we called to reschedule. We were transferred to a voicemail box and left a message—but no one ever called us back. A month went by, so we followed up again, only to leave another message. Eventually, we did get a return call and were told we’d now have to wait an additional four months for a new appointment. Yesterday, we missed a call from them while wrangling our three kids, but no voicemail was left. We called back within 30 minutes, and the person who answered had no idea why we were contacted. We were transferred again—to voicemail. When they finally returned the call, they said they didn’t know why they had called but would add us to the cancellation list… which we were supposedly already on. Then this morning at 8 AM, they did leave a message offering a last-minute opening for July 21. I called back within 5 minutes to accept, but of course, no one answered. I left a message saying we’d take the appointment. At 11:30 AM, we got a call saying the spot had already been taken. How does that even happen unless no one is checking the messages? This has been a completely disorganized, stressful, and disappointing process for something that is time-sensitive and medically necessary. Our son continues to suffer while we wait endlessly for a basic appointment. Photo to show how fast the call was returned to the individual that left their number if I wanted to appt. Only for that appt. to be given to someone else.
