This is the most unorganized company I have ever dealt with. The people answering the phones do not know what is going on and do not know how to use a headset to speak into. They seemed confused and when asking to speak with someone else the dumped us into a voicemail. It took weeks just to set up an appointment for a sleep study with no communication while we were waiting to see if we could go there. When the sleep study was complete it took 2 weeks to get the results and then once they had the results and stated sleep apnea was the issue, they never called to set up an appointment to get the cpap machine. when we called about it they could not find the order told me they had to look through their faxes... It was their sleep specialist who sent over the order. What do they have a bunch of faxes just laying around and who uses a fax machine in 2025! Now my husband is sitting with no Cpap machine and not sleeping at night because this organization is unorganized and unprofessional. So frustrated with this company! Go anywhere but here.
Working with George, Kwasi, and the entire Lakeland Sleep team has been amazing. They are dedicated staff looking to better their company and experience for patients. I would recommend them time after time, they will take care of you!
My review is based on administrative portion of my experience not the actual sleep study which was as expected. My doctor ordered a two part sleep study that had a daytime component. The scheduler also confirmed I would need to stay the next day when setting up appointment so I took work off the following day and scheduled childcare. When I arrived that night the technician said he saw nothing scheduled for the day time and wasn’t sure why it would have been dropped from the schedule. I still have not been contacted for why that portion was dropped. I also didn’t fill out most of the consent forms online because I wanted to opt out of something which would require printing and mailing the forms so when I called I was told I would fill them out at the beginning of appt. The technician also didn’t know anything about this so I actually did not fill out most of the paperwork because the online portal has a specific order and you can’t skip to the next item. Make sure to call to ask for refund of any deposits as they will just hold it if you don’t call about it. I saw that in another review and waited about 3 months to see if it would come and it did not until I called.
I am not typically one for writing reviews but the russian Dr/tech who helped me was amazing i was nervous and he put me at ease and kept talking with me! He honestly made the experience great. The ladies at the front desk might need more training but that Dr needs a raise!
