Dr. Gursoy was exceptional, taking extra care to clearly explain my MRI results and sleep disorder diagnosis. Her thorough, compassionate approach made me feel understood and confident in my treatment plan. Highly recommend!
Dr Heidi M is pleasant knowledgeable highly recommendable. However I made sure the insurance covers the sleep study test and I was reassured , told 2x over the phone. But a few weeks after, a bill for $331 came saying insurance paid $115 and they want more. I wasn’t too excited to do the test, thinking I know why I feel the way I feel but my neurologist wanted to rule out snoring at night for brain fog.. buyer beware if you have insurance who will pay for whatever they want go ahead otherwise think think think
Worst experience ever and a total waste of our time. Stay away from this office. We made our first appointment for my husband in July and was scheduled for November 11. The same morning of the appointment, an hour or so before, they called to CANCEL! WHAATT? They said the assistant or whoever we were to meet didn't come in that day. No way. I was furious and told them they better get us in that day. They called back and said yes come in later today. Fine. Well, wouldn't you know, after the visit we were told the testing company would contact us within 2 weeks to set up the testing and send us our kit. Turns out, the doctors office NEVER put in the RX to the company. At 3 weeks passed, I had to call the office and they said, "oh, they forgot". Hmmmm... BTW, they didn't forget to bill the insurance company. AND THEN when we finally got a call December 31st to schedule the follow-up to review the test results and hopefully get the CPAP machine, guess when that appointment is? MARCH!!! I can't believe this. What a total waste of time, I am so annoyed we went there thinking this was going to be a good experience. We started this process in July 2024 and it will likely be a year until we finish. Although I am finished with Dr. Gold's office and this place already.
After seeing my doctor they told me in about 3 weeks i will be getting a call from the cpap company to go pick up my CPAP machine. After a month passed and havent heard anything i called the Sleep Center to find out whats going on. They told me that they sent out the request and that they will be reaching out to me soon. Three more weeks went by and still nothing. I ended up calling the cpap company to see whats going on and they said that they just received the reqest and they're waiting on an email back from the sleep center and that they are not responding. They only sent out the request a month after i seen my doctor when i called to see whats going on. They completely forgot to send it out. This is absolutely horrible. Someone in the office should be fired!!!!
Dr Ednick was not interested in my condition with insomnia as a 17 yr old. He stated to seek help with a mental health expert. No study. Nothing to rule out anything. I have terrible insomnia. No list of doctors to refer me too. NOTHING. Worst appointment ever. Waste of time and money. DO NOT go there.
