Dr Patel was rude, disrespectful, and arrogant. He refused to treat my crisis level blood pressure then lied about it in my medical records. Howard Young covered it up even though I had photographic images to the contrary. Patient relations is a joke and so was the bogus letter I received by the person claiming to be a "medical director". They refuse to give me license numbers or contact info to file a formal report, which in itself is illegal. Bravo Howard Young! Here's to patient care at its best!

Exceptional staff. Took my wife through the ER numerous times while she was dying as a result from Alzheimer's. They always treated her with kindness and dignity.

The emergency room diagnosed me with cannabinoid hyperemesis and sent me on my way about four hours into seeing me, no medication, no nothing. I called the next day asking for medication or for some type of continuing help, triage nurse said to just hunker down and deal with it…. I got to Regions in St.Paul about a day later and they held me for 36 hours for the norovirus

Not a place to go with a serious medical situation! I have had 3 bad experiences with this place! From being told my cancer spread from an ER doctor, it hadn't! My father dying during a test they insisted he needed. Ect you get my drift!

I have been too a few different hospitals and this one really sets the bar. Not only are they all so friendly, they will take the time to talk to you and listen to you vent while caring for whatever your need may be. I just want to thank you in you all from the bottom of my heart. I really appreciate the care and how professional each and every one of you are. My sincere apology for leaving AMA cause of a family emergency: I trust this facility 100% and when I need care again, I will trust you to keep me going. God bless you all.
