Mckenzie told me their sleep machines are not being returned by patients. When I called she said she didn't have the order. I told her Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology said the order was put in. She then looked to find it. She said mid November. I said no I'm not available. Click she hung up on me. I was on a land line. That was not my problem on my end. I called back on another phone she answered. I asked do you have other dates she said Halloween. I said no I'm booked up. She said the 16th and I looked, I would need to cancel something to make that date. When I asked her about the situation she was annoyed and she said patients don't bring back their machines. So I said I'll take the 16th at 9am. I said I can't believe that patients would not return these that is horrible and I also can't believe I haven't received any supplies since July while I've made every effort to set up appointments through out this year with this doctor who is your MEDICAL DIRECTOR. Then I get a call from Alisha canceling the appointment. She said she discussed this with Cornelius the Medical Director. This is my response. I'm tired of being dumped on by unprofessional people, who lie and are clearly dissatisfied with their life. I'm tired of being on top of my healthcare, paying insurance and doing my job and met with continuous roadblocks, from people who should not be in healthcare. Frankly if Cornelius was on top of his business here and at Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology, rather than lying about me because he takes no responsibility for his lack of follow through. He did not fill my Cpap supplies since July of 2025. He cancelled appointments. He did not do his job. CORNELIUS NEEDS A NEW JOB. NO SLEEP SUPPLIES SINCE JULY. GO BUY SOME MOUTH TAPE AT TARGET AND FLY BACK TO ITALY.

I don't know who runs this mess, but they should get someone who can train their staff better than this.

My first visit was very good and the Inspire device is wonderful. That's the end results because after one of the PA people checked my incisions for healing and getting my device turn on. I have NEVER NEVER NEVER heard from the so called medical company for any follow-up which is required. Supposedly, the Burnsville clinic is my connection and I have never heard from them either. Thank God that by accident my smartwatch is giving me the information that makes sense of my results. This so called Sleep clinic gets a 5 rating for selling a great device, explaining and surgery. A 0 rate for follow-up.

Absolutely incredible experience. It felt like I was being offered into someone's home. Can't recommend enough. First, when I showed up, the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and welcoming. The sleep tech was very personable (I forgot his name! But he'd had experience with sleep health issues and it felt good to know we'd shared that experience), and the setup went well. Got a neat selfie with all the electrodes attached everywhere! I was absolutely amazed at the quality of the care at this facility.
