My son came here for testing. Nurses were attentive and kind. He said he felt very comfortable even with the wires he slept. Clean bed and bathroom.
I cannot fathom these bad reviews! My technicians were amazing. Super sweet and kind. I packed a cooler, a pillow and blanket, clothes and toohbrush. Got here to a hotel like bedroom with nice bed fresh linens, bathroom was super clean and even had fresh towels and face clothes. They have a smart tv so i logged into my netflix. They have a microwave in the morning I warmed up my muffins and mini omletes for breakfast, lunch I ordered five guys around the corner, and I had all my snacks I brought. What a great experience for me and my son. Even though it was for testing it made it feel like it was a little getaway.
ok so like I was really scared for this because like I’m just a babeh, and I also just turned 14 at this time but honestly it wasn’t even that bad like I can’t say anything bad about it- only the fact that the gooy stuff in my hair was hard to get off and the stickers they put on my face gave me a little rash. But it’s okay. Shoutout to the lady who works Saturday nights. I forget her name but all I remember is that I offered her a kinder egg and she gave me a shark toy thing. Anyway 10/10 experience it gave me dad lore. Like I know I look bad in the photo but trust twin I was ok. If I’m fourteen and did better than most adults at this just stop complaining. Anyway again- gave me dad/grandpa lore. Was a pretty easy test, brought my teddy bear and hello kitty blanket so it was super easy.
They called me daily to book the home study when my Dr referred me there. I pick up the kit , the piece that clips to my finger was very loose the chest monitor was bulky. I put the stuff on turned it in and they told me the results were inconclusive. Tried to schedule the study at the place, good luck they wanted nothing to do with it. They basically said not to call them they’d call me to schedule when I kept trying to follow up to make an appointment. I wish I hadn’t wasted my time with these guys, or wasted money on a test that when looking at the equipment seems like it was never going to work anyways.
