We have been using North Dartmouth for years. Specifically ophthalmology. It's been great. Relatively convenient, staff has been very helpful/kind and have really tried to assist in every way possible. We see a good amount of drs at bch and I wish more would work out of this location. Way better than driving to Weymouth, Waltham or Boston... though we will for the great care.

Beware if you are bringing your child for an EEG. The tech Maria D was extremely rough with my 3 year old daughter. Had absolutely no compassion. My daughter was scared and cried. Myself and my mom could not calm her down as it is scary to have electrodes all over you and a dark room. The tech repeatedly told my daughter to stop crying and even yelled "HELLO?" at her. I quickly told her to not speak to my daughter like that. I am absolutely disgusted at the treatment of a 3 year old! You should be ashamed of yourself Maria!!!! I expected better training from BOSTON Children's Hospital.

Between 2 days Friday/Monday we have spent a total of 5 hours on the phone with zero success of scheduling an appointment. We also left 3 callback messages and as of now no callback (3 hours after). The main answering service tries connecting you and then it’s limbo forever. The docs are great but the scheduling is a nightmare, especially when you are trying to get help for your child

I tried to make a lab appointment on Friday. I was told there was a long wait time to make an appointment over the phone. I left a call back number. Yesterday was a holiday so obviously I wouldn't get a call back yesterday. But this morning when they opened never called me back. I called them back today waited for forty-forty five minutes with no luck. I called a number which happened to be front desk of the office. Was told that they do not give out this number for appointments. I am a warfarin patient my INR has to be elevated since I have been bleeding for about a day with no end. I do not want to go to the emergency room since it is not life-threatening right now. This is like the fourth time they do not return my phone call. I was over it for them not to take my phone call. I will be scheduling my next appointment at the office not over the phone ever again.
