Ryan has been amazing in helping me to explore different masks and find one that will work the best for me. He was very patient and knowledgeable. It was particularly nice that he uses the equipment himself so he has lots of personal experience. Jenn is also great. She’s very positive and is very easy to talk to. She’s always explained and answered any questions I had. Overall it has been a great experience and I have found a mask that has improved my sleep drastically
I’ve been working with Rebis Health since the beginning of this year and my experience has only been positive. I’ve met several times with Emily Dahlstrand-Myers, PA who has been great about going over everything in detail and answering any questions I have about results data and what it all means for my health. Everyone I’ve worked with has been very helpful throughout this whole process. I just came from a consultation with Ryan Penny and he and Jen at the front desk were very helpful answering questions about the financial obligation for various treatment modes and talked through the ongoing events data to make sure I’m getting the most appropriate treatment for my condition. Incredibly appreciative for all the help today and through everything.
I felt listened to and fully understood here by both the doctor, Aisha, and the front desk person, Meg. They were both expert in their fields and worked together to help me in the best way possible. I learned a new set of facts about my condition and we will go on to discover ways to handle it. We have a plan, and I understand why we will follow it. Such expertise! Fabulous! Easy to relate to, accommodating and kind, and didn't make me the bad guy for having unusual conditions. This doctor knew more than 24 other doctors I have seen! Highly recommend!
I have met with Stacie Jackson as the physician, and Ryan Perry as the CPAP technician. I have had a very wonderful experience with the whole process. Ryan in particular was incredibly validating, thorough, and informative through my appointment. Stacie was very helpful in confirming the diagnosis and walking me through all the jargon I didn’t know. My only reason for 4 stars is that their reception system through phone calls are very difficult to talk to. The process of scheduling and the logistics of insurance is very arduous. But the service makes it worth it!
