It was a horrendous useless waste of time. First my wrist monitor, that I wore for a week, was incorrectly programmed and provided no information. They 'corrected' it and I went in for my overnight sleep study. The study was done on my day off, on which I have no problems with sleepiness. However, days that I work, I have about 1 hour of Twilight hallucinations, followed by 3 hours of hard REM sleep. Of course, my sleep study showed none at this. And the information from the 'correctly' adjusted wrist monitor showed wildly erratic sleep patterns. It showed that I slept 18 hours on days that my written log showed that I slept 8. My diagnosis was that I was sleeping because of taking Xanax (0.25mg) - quite literally, the dose prescribed for cat or a toddler - and I am a 240-pound grown man! This place is beyond incompetence.
Camping at a town about 45 minutes away, and developed a rash on my nose where my CPAP mask fits. Just showed up at the sleep center hoping somebody might have an idea, and was greeted by Paul, who immediately took me and my wife to an exam room. Looked me over, asked a few questions, and gave some great advice about local resources that turned out to be spot on. He was kind, engaging, professional, knowledgable, and sent us on our way with a lot more than we expected. He was a terrific model of how to deliver service. Wow!

Charged $150 just to get a referral (they billed me for when the doctor wasn't in). Had to make a 3 hour round trip for multiple sessions of them just saying to not have caffeine before bed and other common sense things, and always implying that next time I come in is the sleep study. I eventually threatened to not pay and take legal action if they didn't actually set up the study. Once I finally got it (after wasting hundreds just to schedule what I asked for day 1) they failed to keep the AC on, keeping me awake. They didn't find any information from the study. Making all of this a huge waste of time and money.
