I came here for my son he needed a sleep study we had a very excellent experience! To making the appointment the process was so easy! Everyone was kind !! And when we stayed for the sleep study the lady who took care of us would always come in and made sure my son was still hooked up to the machine in order to have accurate results! I also came back for my sleep study and still had an Amazing experience the second time around! Very kind to my son when I came in for myself!! Friendly environment ! Also very clean and homey feel!!
Staff and doctor were very kind. They work at a fast pace. It also smelled very good in there it was very clean and welcoming.
What a scam!! First this place is old. 1970s furniture, dark colors and machines that seem like a relic from the 60s. Second, rude people in general. Went for results today, of course they are going to find something wrong. I guess they get commission on CPAP machines, because she was pissed when we said NO! Not one doctor in sight. Would never go back and if I need a CPAP, then I will find a different place.
El Paso Sleep Center staff was very professional and timely. I was seen for my initial consultation on time and actually talked with the doctor instead of the doctor looking primarily at a computer. The office was very clean and organized. I highly recommend this place.
Study was excellent. Caring staff Arrow was superb compassionate and patient. I felt safe and cared for. Clean environment. From check in last night to this morning wonderful experience highly recommend
