I have issues with anxiety and stress when it comes to any type of appointment. Ii did not feel that way here. Rothfuss actually listened and showed kindness and care. This is a huge + in my eyes. Feeling comfortable and heard makes it easier to go to other important appointments. I recommend Rebis to anyone with sleep issues. That gentle kind approach goes a long way.

My experience has been very positive. For initial setup to ongoing care I've had only minor challenges that the staff was able to correct. I sleep is definitely improved, and the apnea occurrence has gone down almost 90%. I would highly recommend Ribis health to anyone struggling with sleep apnea.

Recently I began having an issue with my cpap machine. Loud buzzing sound while I would breath keeps me up at night. During this time I was caring for my father who had suffered a TBI and was spending 10 hrs a day with him in Hospital so sleeping at night comfortably was important. I called Rebis to request I buy a new machine . My machine is 9 years old and earlier in the year I had already been approved to buy one but decided to wait it out a few months due to the cost. I called Rebis it took about a week for someone to get back to me. Obviously with the crisis with my father’s health time was something I didn’t have much of. They wanted me to set up an appt. I was not happy because why did I need an appt. I just needed to spend the money on a new machine. Another week or so goes by they call back still won’t let me spend the money on a new machine. I am very upset because I am not sleeping well. This was now over 20 days. My father passes away Rebis calls me 2 days after his death on Nov. 20th. That call comes while I am sitting in a funeral home making arrangements for my father and all the representative Lee can say is oh I hope everyone is alright well obviously everyone is not alright . Then he proceeds to tell me we can set you up an appt to go over your need for a new machine on Jan.7th this was Nov. 20th so another 40 days. I said I can’t wait that long. I ask if I could speak with my provider there he told me they don’t have time in the day for calls. He was so rude said that’s all I can do and if you need to go to another provider we can send your records to them. From the beginning when Rebis took over for Colorado sleep institute I had constant issues. During this year I had two sleep studies and a couple virtual appts. My need for new machine is mechanical issue it just time for a new machine shouldn’t require insurance to pay for another appt. As you see they responded but have never followed up with contacting me as they said they were. Poor patient services.

Outstanding service at Rebis when er I'm consulting with Emily. She's knowledgeable on what issues I'm having and gives me ways to go about solving them. She will ask great questions to gauge how you're feeling with the process and provide guidance when needed and listens to any concerns that may come up and provide great solutions. Highly recommended.

Working with David Rothfuss PA-C, has been an excellent experience from start to finish. He has an amazing ability to explain medical terminology and complex health information and pathology in a way that is easy to understand without ever making you feel talked down to. During my sleep study process, he made sure that I felt confident and informed every step of the way through answering all of my questions, addressing all of my concerns, and ensuring I understood the purpose in each step. When it came time to review my results, David presented everything clearly and respectfully. He walked me through what the findings meant, what our options were moving forward, and what the implications could potentially be with or without treatment. He made sure that the plan was personalized to my situation, and I never once felt rushed or pressured. Every follow-up has been thorough, helpful, professional and reassuring.
