My whole experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I had a very easy time making my appointment, checking in, etc. I only went last night, so I'm obviously still waiting on the full results to get to my doctor and to me. For those curious about the lab experience, it was almost as good as sleeping at home. I stayed on Saturday the 23rd of August. The technician was very kind, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, prompt, informative and accommodating. She explained everything well and answered all my questions (I had a lot.) She also made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. It was new and very CLEAN. You have your own room and FULL bathroom, along with a TV. The bed was actually nice, as well as the pillows (I also brought my own but who doesn't like more pillows). The sheets and blankets were perfect. There was a fan, several light options and the temperature was perfect. I ended up being diagnosed with sleep apnea and got to try out a nasal CPAP. I was really nervous about that but like I said the tech was just great. It took about an hour to get comfortable after the machine. However, everyone is different. You really do breathe easier once the machine adjusts and the humidifier kicks in. Like night and day difference! Overall, it was an overwhelmingly positive medical experience/stay. They tried to charge me over $1400 for an at home sleep apnea test. This should cost less than $500. Go somewhere else and know what you are paying for exactly.
Got a sleep study done here on the 18th of April. I really wish I had looked at the reviews for this place because like all of them I still don’t have my results back. It is now 12 May. I was under the impression that my results would be completed within 24 to 48 hours. this is very concerning to me As I am seeking treatment and currently suffering the longer I wait. It seems nobody is getting their results back and when I contacted the patient relations line as so many of your companies responses suggested to do during office hours at 3 o’clock on a Monday, They did not pick up. Something seriously fishy is going on!
I would give this place zero stars if I could. It has been over 30 days since my sleep study, and I still haven’t heard a word from them. No updates, no results, and they never pick up the phone when I try to reach out. This place is an absolute scam. They take your money and leave you completely in the dark with zero communication. I’m now in the process of filing a complaint with the state for malpractice, as this level of neglect is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this facility at all costs. They clearly don’t care about their patients or providing any kind of service. Stay away!
Got a at home sleep study ($1,162.73$ before insurance...). It takes 2 to 4 weeks to get the result which is unbelievable for a device that can get you the raw results out directly over Bluetooth with the proper software. Why are those not processed the next day and uploaded on the patient portal? I have also been calling every day to know the status and try to expedite it. Also left voicemails. I got the phone picked up only once out of my 20 tries or so. I got no follow up for the voice mail or the status ever after that. Also no way to contact them over the portal or email. This place is a blueprint in medical inefficiency. It's a pretty new place so there is hope for improvement.
