It took about 9 months to get fully comfortable with my CPap, but Janie worked with me patiently to make it happen. Kim, PA, has been wonderful helping me with unrelated sleep issues. Both are knowledgeable, very helpful, personable, and have a good sense of humor! Even though the company recently changed ownership, service remained excellent!
