I can’t say enough good things about Brenda at the Eastside ANESC office. Every single time I come in, she’s the first person to make me feel calm and taken care of. She greets me by name the moment I walk through the door, and she always treats me with genuine kindness, not just routine politeness. What really stands out about Brenda is how patient and attentive she is. Even on days when I’m stressed or dealing with a lot, she never rushes me. She listens, explains things clearly, and makes sure I fully understand what’s going on before I move on to my appointment. Her professionalism is solid, but her attitude is what truly makes the difference she has this calm, reassuring way of making you feel like you’re actually seen and not just another appointment on the schedule. Brenda is the kind of person every medical office wishes they had at the front. She sets the tone for your whole visit, and because of her, I always walk out feeling better than when I walked in. Thank you, Brenda, for always going above and beyond. You’re truly exceptional and very appreciated.
If you value your health and money you will steer clear of this practice! I took my Mom there to see about getting treated for Alzheimer's. A year later she still did not have a treatment. I have never seen such incompetence in my life. I often had to call 2 or 3 times to get a call back from them even for the simplest stuff. It's like they don't talk to each other at all. They ordered the wrong tests for my Mom once and blamed it on the insurance so we had to get the test again and pay for it again. I used their complaint line a few times and they would call me back and make promises to follow up with me etc... to make sure things moved forward as they should. But, instead of hearing back from them every week like they promised. I got one call back after that and the cycle of incompetence started again. Any time they sent out a referral to anyone they never got it. I had to follow up with whoever they referred me to in order to get things done. This often took several calls. If I didn't follow up I'd just be sitting around for weeks for calls that never came. There were times they told me that she had to get a few tests. After getting them they would then ask why she didn't get X test. Well, because you didn't tell us. This would further delay her treatment. I am just summarizing here otherwise this review would be far too long for anyone to read. If I could sue these guys I would. But how do you sue for incompetence, or laziness or just plain being bad at your job? You need to stay far away from this place. They do NOT have your best interest in mind.
This place is so Awesome. The People there are unbelievably Professional. Bernadette Hererra was on point and so knowledgeable, the front desk Krizia and Felicia were very nice and respectful, the person taking my vitals was such a nice person. The healthcare experience was beyond Good, it was excellent. My waiting time was quick for it being very busy. High Props and keep up the Great work there.
I had the pleasure of interacting with Ms. Brenda(Eastside office), This young lady’s attitude was amazing! I was clearly frustrated from the beginning, but her professionalism to answer all my questions and clear everything up for me was far above par! Her calm demeanor quickly put me at ease as well as change my attitude. Friendly smile, and courteous, especially constant eye contact made me feel like a human being and not just another patient. Thank you Brenda for changing my whole outlook the rest of the day!!
My father's consultation appointment was in September, it went well with a follow-up scheduled for the following month, in the meantime we schedules various needed tests. However, I left three messages for his NP regarding my dad's increasing anxiety, one message was labeled urgent after we were told by police that a 72-hour psychiatric hold could be necessary. None of my calls were returned. We had an EEG scheduled on-site today. After I was informed the day before that we would not see a provider, I stated that we needed to see ANY provider to deal with his anxiety. The appointment line graciously set up an appointment the same day as the EEG. After the EEG was administered I asked the front desk for confirmation for the later appointment. I was told that it had to be cancelled because two appointments were not allowed on the same day. Why doesn't the appointment line know this? Why aren't urgent calls returned?
