I visited Dr. Singh for help managing chronic migraines and headaches that my primary care provider has been struggling to get under control. From the moment I arrived, I felt uncomfortable — the office did not feel clean, and the exam room I was placed in was small and unkempt. Dr. Singh’s white coat was noticeably dirty, which only added to the unwelcoming environment. After the medical assistant left, I waited about 20 minutes before Dr. Singh came in. Throughout my appointment, he repeatedly pulled out his phone to text and even answered a phone call with his ringer on. I found this extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, especially during a visit where I was seeking help for ongoing pain. I also felt my symptoms were dismissed and that there was little genuine concern shown for my condition. I will not be returning to this facility and plan to stay within the MaineHealth network moving forward.
