Consider yourself lucky if they return your phone call. No one answers the phone lines and you get sent to voicemail. Some of the doctors are good but nurses and staff simply do not care and you can tell. Appointments are invaraibly late, some as late as 45 minutes. I had a nurse appointment and literally no nurses in the department were available to see me. I waited 30 minutes, standing in pain in the hallway, before a nurse from a completely different department had to assist me. She told me she had no idea what she was doing. At the next appointment, when I finally saw the nurse who was absent, she yold me she would "try" to be there, but she gets called away at times. So the two stars are for the uncaring department and staff, and not for Dr. Ruelle, who has been excellent.
Rural medicine staffing has been at low, urgent levels for years. We are grateful to the doctors and nurses who sacrifice their time (and earning potential) to serve those in need with smaller communities throughout the country. Medical access for the rural population is always helpful. . Thank you for your service!
Im not happy with the staff being so incompassionate and rude … on top of that , one doc from behavioral health acted illegally. The visits were supposed to be one hour , and she always kicked me out only 15-20 minutes into the meeting … and she did not even do her job right and talk to me as she should have.
I love Dr. Jacobs but her staff is a joke. You have to call multiple times to get a refill. It's ridiculous. You can never speak to a nurse in person on the phone, you have to leave a message and they dont call back. My daughter has been without an inhaler for weeks now. I'm seriously considering looking into a new doctors office but it's a real shame because Dr. Jacobs is wonderful. It's too bad she moved to such a terrible establishment.
Was accused of abusing meds then kicked out of the office when I was prescribed 5mg a day and on the 15th day I had 15 left out of 30 pills thats 1 a day but somehow was accused of abuse then before I could even defend myself knowing I have ptsd the doctor did this to me and yelled at me in office violating my confidentiality Dr. Christopher Laurent. Stay away So please seek another facility as this one is patient profiling anyone they don't like. Good luck
