“We don’t want her. You take her.” This comes to mind when I went to get a very simple procedure done. They take their sweet time and keep asking the same questions that I have repeatedly have to answer. I knew there was a reason why I don’t come to this hospital and this is it.

I am very unhappy with this facility. Everytime I go there the care seems to get worse. I went in for abdominal pain- had blood and urine tests and a CT scan. Was given absolutely no information and I mean none, was told it was not an emergency and I needed to follow-up with my primary care and urologist- I was there for 4-5 hours. Mind you, I had been going to Summit for primary for this very issue never given any amswers, multiple tests ran- no answers. I was told at my last appointment for the same symptoms bu the PA. They do not look for cause they only treat symptoms. I did not go back for peimary care again. Went in to my new primary care not affiliated with Summit and found out within 10 mins I had an infection and my bowels were severely blocked. He didn't even see the test or anything. I explained what was going on he gave me simple real answers and solutions and I followed the advice I am telling you so much relief in such a quick amount of time. Sure, not dying but absolutely in extreme pain. Why wasn't I told I had an infection or blockage? I am telling you I had so many tests CT scans, ultrasounds and absolutely no answers. I do not have insurance and am going to private pay for what to go to my follow up and be told more in 10 minutes then 4-5 hours. No thank you!

I went to the ER for my severe chronic pain, they put me in a room and waited for an hour an half to finally get an IV done, the male nurse didn't have his gloves on and didn't wipe the iv cap with an alcohol swap before injecting my pain meds. He was rude and my son noticed it as well. They treated me like I was being dramatic and drug seeking. I hate pain meds I just want to be cured of my illness. The doctor would tell me he is requesting a CT and prescribing meds to take home but this male nurse said we didnt have a CT ordered, he didn't prescribe medication. There was also an elderly woman in pain calling out for a nurse for 10 minutes, they ignored her. This place needs to do better.

My husband & I have seen Dr Jeffrey Levison for the last 3 years, and always come away with great satisfaction: he is a wonderful doctor. He notices things and orders appropriate tests that get to the bottom of problems. And Summit does the tests with extraordinary timeliness. We recommend this practice!

The receptionist at the outpatient in occupational health named Beth was absolutely amazing. She did everything she could to help resolve an issue and showed dedication and good communication during the process. As well as kind and caring her demeanor was calm and made me feel comfortable while waiting for the issue to be resolved. Exceptional customer service!
