I normally don’t like to do this, but I feel like this needs to be done. I have been diagnosed with asthma recently, and have been having trouble breathing. My pulmonologist gave me a prescription steroid about three months ago or so. It did help tremendously. She told me that the weather will be changing and that I might have trouble breathing again. She told me that when that happens to call their office for another prescription. I’ve been calling for about a week now. Literally called them over 20 times. I have left a voicemail, and the triage voicemail that has been set up in their office, does state that the lady that does the refills will call back within 24 hours. I have not heard anything from them. I did end up calling my VA office. My Dr from the VA told me that they haven’t sent them any paperwork of updates and prescriptions. They only sent 1 that isn’t very detailed and that was when I first seen them back in May. Not happy with this office and I’m very surprised this office is still open. Apparently, they aren’t doing their job, and obviously, they are just there to get a paycheck. Once I see them for my next visit, I do not plan to be going back. Hope this helps someone, if they plan to go here.

I have had nothing but bad experiences each time I go see Dr Choudhri. This man NEVER does what he says he will. Expect months of waiting before he does the paper work to get your CPAP and never expect him to call you when he says he will get back to you in 3-4 days. Find another doctor other than Choudhri!

Impossible to connect with a live person. Called about 8 times 7/2/25, each time the line says 'the office is closed, call again when the office is open'. Called all day 7/3/25, phones were still shut off but Google said they were open, so I DROVE to the office, walk in, and there's 7 ladies standing around chatting. The front desk staff DO NOT care about you, they are just working a job. You are an inconvenience to them to make them work/schedule an appointment. I was trying to connect before the holiday weekend, but they were obviously so keen on leaving for the long weekend that they turned their phones off for DAYS prior. This is not the only time I've struggled to get anyone to answer the phone, and with sleep apnea destroying my life and career, the apathy at this office is completely unacceptable. Go find a sleep doctor with good yelp reviews. *if you hold the top two buttons on the touchscreen of your resmed, you can get to the screen to adjust settings. I bumped the bottom range up and finally don't feel like I'm struggling to suck air through*

Office delays will risk your health. I have been seeing Dr Castro for almost 5 months. He was the attending while I was in the hospital with RSV so I began seeing him in follow up. I would give him 3 stars because of his slow pace but the 1 star is for the overall performance of the practice which will risk your health. Dr Castro said he would arrange outside tests, but it took the office staff over a week to contact the labs. The delay meant I couldn’t have the follow up office visit and had to extend the time for weeks. I left a message with the office that I had a return to the ER but didn’t hear back for almost a week to tell me the Dr was currently out of the office. I don’t know what the staff is doing but it is NOT timely patient care.

My sister in law, who is mentally disabled was diagnosed with a lung mass, biopsies were performed. When it came time for the results, the MD's assistant was the one that came in to give them to us. He tells us that she has cancer when asked "malignant", he stated "yes". When an oncologist reviewed the results he stated it was a benign tumor. Why would the MD send in a NP or MA, to give the bad news? Very unprofessional in my opinion. Weeks of worry and then told she had cancer which she doesn't! Would never recommend Dr. Castro as a provider.
